Privacy Policy

This policy covers www.fsadvisors.co, the public website of Lokali Ltd., trading as Financial Systems Advisors (“FSA”, “we”). It explains what the website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Data handled inside a client engagement — the analytics portal, dashboards and financial models — is governed by the agreement signed with that client, not by this policy.

What we collect, and why

The Founder Wealth Scorecard

The questionnaire runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are scored on your own device and nothing is sent anywhere while you complete it.

If you choose to enter an email address to unlock the full breakdown, we receiveyour email address and your scores (the overall figure, the band, and the percentage for each of the five dimensions). We do not receive your individual answers. This is sent to us as an email; there is no database and no marketing list. We use it to send you the breakdown and, at most, to follow up once. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which are ignored. It sets cookies and records approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, the pages you view, and whether you clicked through to book a call. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not link analytics data to Scorecard submissions.

You can opt out entirely with Google’sbrowser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site.

Hosting and security

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes request data including IP addresses in order to deliver pages and defend against abuse. This is necessary for the site to function at all.

Booking a call

Booking links take you to Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is handled under Calendly’s terms, and we receive the booking details you provide.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data. Ever.
• We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you used the Scorecard.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Google (analytics), Resend (delivering the Scorecard email to us) and Google Workspace (our email). Each processes data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Where your data goes

These providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States, under the transfer safeguards those providers maintain.

How long we keep it

Scorecard emails are kept in our inbox for up to 24 months and then deleted unless you have become a client, in which case the engagement agreement governs. Analytics data is retained for 14 months under Google’s default setting. Cloudflare’s request logs are short-lived and controlled by Cloudflare.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent. Email andrew@fsadvisors.co and we will action it — there is no form and no fee. If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising from it will be brought before the competent courts of Tel Aviv — matching the governing law and jurisdiction in ourTerms & Conditions.
